SiteSkin Terms of Service

These terms govern use of siteskin.net and the SiteSkin browser extension. By using SiteSkin, you agree to these terms.

What SiteSkin provides

SiteSkin lets you apply reviewed visual themes and built-in focus controls to supported third-party websites. The AI editor creates restricted design data. The browser extension interprets that data through code bundled with the extension.

Support for a third-party website does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership with that website.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You may not use SiteSkin to impersonate a website or system message, hide material security warnings, interfere with authentication or payments, collect credentials, distribute malware, violate another party's rights, or break applicable law.

Do not submit theme prompts or assets that contain confidential information unless you have the right and a safe reason to process them.

Skins and website changes

Third-party websites can change their interfaces without notice. A skin may temporarily stop working or display incorrectly. You can disable SiteSkin at any time to restore the original website appearance.

User or creator submissions may be reviewed, rejected, removed, or disabled when they create safety, legal, quality, or compatibility risks.

Paid plans

Paid features, billing periods, prices, included usage, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation takes effect according to the checkout terms and applicable law.

Taxes, refunds, and payment disputes are handled according to the terms shown at purchase and the rules of the selected payment provider.

Intellectual property

SiteSkin software, branding, and official skins are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

You retain rights to original content that you submit. You grant SiteSkin the rights needed to host, process, review, and deliver content that you choose to publish through the service.

Availability and changes

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, maintain compatibility, or improve the service. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.

Disclaimers

SiteSkin is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SiteSkin will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by third-party website changes. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid SiteSkin during the 12 months before the claim.
